For PayPal you can use Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, E-checks, Bank Transfers, or your personal PayPal account. Prior to using the PayPal link call our office and speak with our office manager to confirm the cost of your deductible or payment.                               Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Cash Pay 

 

                              PT/OT Consulation: $200.00/hour

                               

                              PT/OT Treatment: $150.00/hour

                              3 Initial Personal Training Sessions (for first time clients only) $150.00 

                             

                              1 Personal Training Session $100.00 

                              

                              5 Personal Training Sessions (5 x $75.00= $375.00)

 

                             10 Personal Training Sessions (10 x $70.00= $700.00)

 Sessions you purchase will expire in the following way:

• 10 session package purchase expires in 90 days 

• 5 session package purchase expires in 30 days

• 1 session purchase expires in 7 days

• 3 initial session package expires in 7 days

                               1 massage session of 60 minute ($100.00 x 1 = $100.00)

 

                               5 massage sessions of 30 minute ($70.00 x 5 = $350.00)

 

                               10 massage sessions  of 60 minute ($90.00 x 10 = 900.00)

 

                             15 massage sessions of 60 minute ($80.00 x 15 = $1200.00)

 

                             20 massage sessions of 60 minute ($70.00 x 20 = $1400.00)
